Jobs

As Sales Operations Manager at SEP, you are the backbone of our sales team. You create the structural conditions for our success, optimize our sales processes, and ensure that data is turned into real insights. You work closely with our VP of Sales and play a crucial role in scaling our sales activities.

Your responsibilities:

  •   Salesforce Core: You will be responsible for the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and administration of Salesforce, as well as the design of efficient processes.
  •   Sales Tech Stack: You will select and administer innovative sales intelligence, engagement, and enablement solutions (e.g., Outreach, Zoominfo).
  •   Data & Analytics: You will create meaningful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Power BI to make performance measurable.
  •   Performance Management: You will be responsible for the accurate commission calculation for the sales team.
  •   Governance & Forecasting: Together with the VP Sales, you will ensure compliance with processes and high forecast accuracy.
  •   Operations & Administration: You will assist with order processing and take on ad hoc tasks in the sales operations environment.

What makes you stand out:

  •   Salesforce expert: You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration.
  •   Tool stack: You are familiar with modern tools such as Outreach.io, Zoominfo, 6Sense, or comparable solutions.
  •   Affinity for numbers: You have solid experience with dashboards, reporting, and ideally Power BI.
  •   Industry experience: You have already worked in start-ups, scale-ups, or medium-sized companies—ideally within the software industry.
  •   Hands-on mentality: You work in a structured and committed manner and show a high degree of initiative.
  •   Presence: You value personal interaction and are willing to work primarily from our office in Holzkirchen.
