Community Linux
The SEP-Community-Version of SEP sesam is only available for free, private use. Please note the license agreements of SEP AG.
When installing a SEP sesam demo version (found on the download page), a community license file is automatically created. For continuous use, this file must be copied to a different location after the 30 day trial period.
The file sm_lic.ini is located in <SESAM_ROOT>/skel. Copy this file into <SESAM_ROOT>/var/ini as sm_lic.ini.
This can be confirmed in the GUI under "Help -> License Info."
The SEP sesam community version is available for both Windows and Linux. There is no support and no upgrade option, however there is always the SEP-Forum and the SEP-Wiki.
