SEP-CEO Georg Moosreiner is awarded the Federal Cross of Merit

For more than 20 years Moosreiner has worked as an honorary commercial justice at the district court Munich II. Additionally, he has been active in numerous boards and committees of the chambers of industry and trade of Munich and Upper Bavaria for decades. Minister Merk expressed much praise and gratitude: "You ensured that economy and justice compliment and back each other. Thanks to your commitment the jurisdiction of the district court Munich II is living up to economical reality. The Federal Cross of Merit is a deserved tribute to you long and extraordinary commitment for justice, economy and state"

The Federal Cross of Merit is being granted by federal president Horst Köhler. It is the highest award that the federal rebulic of Germany grants for serving the common good. It is awarded for political, social economical and intellectual achievements as well as all special achievements for the federal republic of Germany, e.g. for social, caricatural and interpersonal fields.
