Remote Support

SEP offers a useful remote support tool for customers subscribing Advanced, Premium and Enterprise Support or having an Emergency Call.

This service is safe, secure, efficient and firewall friendly requiring no port mapping or need to modify the network infrastructure. The service is 100% client permission based. As long as you have a working connection to the Internet, SEP can provide on-site support, in real-time.

HowTo

  • Please enter the session number you received from the SEP Support.
  • Then enter your name (as it will be seen by the other participants).
  • Click on "Join now".
  • The Participant program will be downloaded and saved on your computer.
  • Run the Participant program to join the session.
